OUR MISSION

With no end in sight, more than 3 trillion dollars is spent on healthcare in the U.S. each year, and at least 80 percent of those dollars are spent treating preventable chronic diseases.

At XUBIFIT our philosophy is wellness --- a state of being healthy as a result of deliberate action --- and our goal is to prolong life by helping to reduce the effects of chronic illnesses.

Our services are designed to positively influence the everyday life of individuals by delivering motivational accountability via skilled fitness professionals and coach that deliver daily diet and exercise options for weight loss both in-person and online via our apps.  These fitness professionals are capable of delivering best value, motivation and uncompromising principals through our revolutionary marketing and communication platform to their clients in any of the following modalities: gym/studio, home, office outdoors and online.

Quick question, why is it that health clubs, fitness DVD’s, websites, and mobile apps are easily accessible, yet two-thirds of American’s remain overweight?  The truth is, 75 percent of American's desire to be more fit, yet more than half are too intimidated to go to the gym, and others depend on fitness apps, but research shows that fitness apps alone DO NOT WORK because they lack motivational accountability.

At XUBIFIT, we feel passionately that everyone deserves the opportunity to not only reach but rather excel beyond their health & fitness expectations. In order to make this possible, we had to perfect a method in which to break down the barriers obstructing better health. We feel strongly that we were able to achieve our goal because you now have access to fitness professionals that are capable of delivering personalized workout programs, nutritional guidance, and motivation where you feel most comfortable --- FITNESS ON YOUR TERMS!

Why We Care

Every single day, someone who genuinely desires to live a healthier, more robust lifestyle will inevitably use one of, if not more than one of the following excuses to keep themselves from reaching the goal they seek; “I don’t have time”, “I can’t afford…”, “I’ve tried before and failed”, “I’m too embarrassed to go to the gym”, “I just don’t know how”, and the list goes on and on.

Whatever the reason is for not following through with your desire to become fit, it’s never too late! And never before in the history of mankind has fitness been so vital to life. Chronic diseases such as asthma, cancer, obesity, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and many others are on an ever-increasing rise across the globe. Astonishingly, preventable lifestyle choices such as a poor diet and lack of physical activity are among the leading cause of chronic disease. Sadly, it is estimated that on average, 1,000 people will die every single day due to complications caused by being overweight, obese, and/or out of shape.

WHO WE ARE

Founder & CEO

Committed to helping people live the healthiest lives possible, Tim began his career in the world of health and fitness at the of 49 after learning he had been the victim of a heart attack just before his 50th birthday. Shortly after beginning his journey, he became the recipient of the highly coveted “Body-for-LIFE” transformation championship for men 46+ [50 years old at the time]. Since that time Tim has attained a Personal Trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and a Youth Fitness Specialist training certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

Although Tim obtained his personal training certifications because his advice was highly sought after winning the Body-for-LIFE championship, perhaps his favorite certification to-date is his youth exercise specialist accreditation. Tim chose this continuing education certification over others because his youngest son not only struggled with weight issues during his adolescence, but also endured the ridicule commonly associated with being overweight. Tim wanted to be able to help his son live a more robust, energetic lifestyle, that was free from the worry of potential health issues that may arise from his being overweight, as well as being free from the brunt of mockery. As a Father, husband, personal trainer, entrepreneur, author and freelance writer, Tim is always searching for new ways in which to improve the quality of life for others. Because he is committed to excellence, and is determined to share his message regarding the benefits of better health through fitness and a proper diet, he was inspired to create this very site.
